From service to invoice
Billing with the service context attached.
Create bills for memberships, appointments, drop-ins and retail. Schedule future issue, configure taxes, and print branded invoices or compact receipts. Eligible invoice corrections preserve the original number and earlier issue history.
- Invoices and scheduled issue
- Tax configuration and branded invoice PDFs
- Receipt formats and eligible invoice corrections
Several invoices, one collection
Collect several invoices together.
Bring eligible invoices into a consolidated statement for an authorised collection contact, including invoices for different clients. Staff record one full payment and its allocations while each original invoice keeps its own history.
- Admin-issued statements and printable documents
- One location and currency per statement
- Full-payment recording across included invoices
Money received and still due
Follow each payment through.
Clients can pay through configured online and in-app providers. Staff record offline collections using the actual payment method. Keep refunds, outstanding balances and write-offs visible; eligible refunded obligations can return to collection without erasing payment history.
- Online, in-app and recorded offline payments
- Outstanding balances, refunds and write-offs
- Eligible resumed collection with an audit history

At the front desk
Keep stock and sales in step.
Manage products, categories and variants with stock tracked by location. Issued sales, restocks, adjustments and physical returns form the inventory history. Record a cash refund separately from returning an item to stock.
- Products, variants and SKU stock records
- Location-specific stock movements and adjustments
- Physical returns separate from cash refunds
Connected in practice
What happens next?
An issued product sale records the bill and, where tracking applies, its stock movement. Later returns and refunds preserve the original sale while recording what changed.
See financial reporting →Which payment integrations are available?
Momentum One supports native Apple Pay, cards and supported local payment methods, depending on your merchant configuration. We confirm the available methods and provider fees for your location before activation.
What does pay at facility mean?
Where you enable pay at facility, clients confirm their booking with payment due at the venue. Staff record the collection method when payment is received, keeping the balance and payment history up to date.
Can statements combine different clients’ invoices?
Yes. Staff can combine eligible invoices from one location and currency into a statement for an authorised collection contact, then record one full payment and its allocations to the original invoices.
Can we correct an invoice or resume collection?
Eligible invoices can be reopened, corrected and reissued with the same number and retained revisions. Eligible refunded obligations can return to collection, with changes recorded in the billing history.
