What happens next?

Reconcile invoices with linked payment and statement outputs. Collection documents stay distinct from the original sales, so one cash receipt is not counted twice.

A few useful answers

The details,
before you begin.

Have something specific in mind? Let’s talk →

How do we find memberships ending soon?

Use the Expiring Memberships report to choose how far ahead to look and review contracts nearing their end date.

Can we review bookings and attendance?

Use booking counts and capacity reports to see booked places, and Visits reporting to review recorded attendance. Select the relevant services and period for your review.

Can we report across locations?

Yes. Select authorised locations and apply report filters to review the relevant business records. Download CSV or Excel output for further analysis.

What do projected and overdue amounts mean?

Scheduled membership billing shows upcoming membership obligations. Current overdue balances show outstanding amounts past their due date. Review these alongside collected payments and recognised membership revenue.
