Places and policies

Your booking rules, clearly applied.

Set booking windows, cancellation cut-offs and credit-return policies. Before a class starts, an available place can automatically go to the next eligible waiter. Authorised staff can make a credit-return exception with a recorded reason.

  • Automatic waitlist promotion before class start
  • Late cancellation, no-show and promotion grace rules
  • Authorised membership-credit exceptions

What happens next?

When a place opens before class, the next eligible waiter can be promoted and the membership credit recorded. The booking, credit movement and notification follow the same confirmed outcome.

A few useful answers

The details,
before you begin.

Have something specific in mind? Let’s talk →

Can we restrict classes to selected clients?

Yes. Use access groups to control who can see private classes, then choose which memberships are eligible to book each service.

Can someone book without a membership?

Yes. Offer paid drop-in classes and individual appointments. Your booking policy determines whether clients pay before confirmation or at the facility.

Can staff make a cancellation exception?

Authorised staff can return a booking credit under your configured exception policy. The reason and outcome are recorded in the booking history.
