Memberships, client records and controlled staff access.
Build your offer
Packages that fit how people train.
Combine term lengths, credit allowances and billing periods around your services. Offer public memberships, keep an option for staff assignment, or restrict it to selected groups. Configure membership joining fees and supported staff-applied discounts.
- Class packs, unlimited or no-booking-credit offers
- Independent term, credit and billing choices
- Public, hidden and private membership offers

What each package covers
Give each service its place in the package.
Define eligible services and their credit costs, so a class and a private appointment can use different amounts. Clients can hold more than one membership; balances and booking-linked history show allocations, use, returns and adjustments.
- Service-specific eligibility and credit costs
- Multiple memberships with defined funding rules
- Credit balances, usage and adjustment history

When plans change
Keep membership changes under control.
Manage pauses, extensions, renewals and cancellations with the relevant dates, credits, bookings and bills in view. Use supported partial-period calculations and fees, and retain existing members on earlier pricing where your renewal policy allows it.
- Pauses, extensions and cancellation previews
- Renewals and existing-member pricing policies
- Partial periods and related billing effects
People and responsibilities
Keep the details your team needs.
Record preferences, attendance observations and trainer feedback as internal client notes. Keep relationships and referrals with the client record. Roles govern which records staff can work with, while authorised clients can switch to a linked managed profile.
- Internal notes, relationships and referral records
- Staff roles with own-record or wider access
- Managed profiles and authorised location administration
Before the next booking
Make the paperwork part of the welcome.
Publish your terms, privacy information, waivers and general documents. Capture agreement responses in the app or with staff assistance, preserving the signed version. Required current responses govern new client self-service bookings.
- Mobile and admin-assisted signature capture
- Versioned agreement responses and evidence
- Current agreement requirements before booking
Connected in practice
What happens next?
A package defines the services and credit costs a client can use. Booking checks that entitlement alongside capacity, timing and private-class access.
See the booking policies →Can an authorised client manage another profile?
Yes. Managed Access lets a signed-in client switch to an authorised linked profile. The linked profile can be created without its own login and keeps its own bookings, memberships and billing records.
Can payment control membership activation and access?
Configure payment before initial activation and access suspension for overdue balances independently. Roles govern which staff can apply activation or temporary access exceptions under your configured policies.
Can we retain existing members’ prices?
Existing contracts keep their purchased terms. Your existing-member pricing policy can also let eligible members renew on an earlier offer.
Can we charge joining fees or apply discounts?
Configure membership joining fees and exemptions. Authorised staff can waive a fee or apply a one-time discount when assigning or manually renewing a membership.
Can staff work across locations?
Authorised staff can administer selected locations. Roles combine responsibilities, with own-record or wider scope where supported. Each location retains its operational, stock and financial context.
Can credits and billing follow different periods?
Configure credit allowances, contract terms and billing cadence separately within supported options. Calendar alignment and partial-period billing or credit allocation follow your configured rules.
